It was everything I thought it would be and much, much more!!
The ART!
The COSTUMES!!
The MUSIC!!!
SWOON!
I had planned on seeing it opening day all by myself but the boys really wanted to see it too so I waited.
I plan on seeing it again maybe next week just to really look at all of the visuals without having to pay attention to the story so much.
If you see it, don't be so quick to rush out of the theatre before you watch the main credits.
I do think you need to let go of the Lewis Carroll story a bit and just appreciate the new. I've read a lot of reviews and the main complaint is that it isn't the same as the story. Does every version have to be like the story? Aren't there like a million Alice in Wonderland adaptations?
Oh, and the 3D was well worth the extra beans too...such a treat!!
Mr. Burton, you're a genius!

Okay but my question is it scary for my three year old? I know he won't want to be left home but I don't want a freaky kid either. He isn't too easily scared. Maybe if we skip the 3-D. Love the ornies!
Love your little spookies! I can't wait to see the movie. I bet the 3D is amazing.
Love your ornies! The buck tooth grins are awesome.
I haven't seen the movie yet, but any visuals I have seen are incredible. I have a feeling it will be playing for awhile.
