My family allowing me to host my first Thanksgiving dinner.

I'm also thankful for Christmas Tree Shops for having awesome things for the house on the cheap!
The boys school pictures should be in any day now so I stocked up on lots of frames.
These cute dishes were just $6.99! They'll be perfect for the yummy side dishes on the Thanksgiving table. I don't know about you but at my house the sides are more important than the turkey.
The top picture is me playing around with my table setting. The amazing hand made table cloth was made by one of my grandmothers friends who was giving it to, GASP! Goodwill. I snatched it up and it makes it's appearance on special days. The silver I have never used before but have been carting around since I was 19 and started collecting stuff for when I moved out.

There's alot more prep that goes into the side dishes at my house too. I love those serving dishes, what a great colour.
Your table setting looks beautiful. I love the turkey plate. I have my grandmothers' turkey serving platter...has a similar turkey pictured on it. It's too fragile now to hold the bird, so we use it for biscuits and bread. Good Luck w/ your dinner.
