It was warm, CRAZY windy, and it rained all day so it was the perfect excuse
to stay in and paint.
I did do a few loads of laundry in between to earn my keep here
but other than that it was paint, paint, paint.
This is a little closer to what I had imagined.
It's not finished yet though.
I want to add some of those botanicals or insects that I love so much.
Emma was delightful last night!
I can't wait till next week for part 2.
Enjoy your evening:)

Oh I can't wait to see your long haired girl:) Love this one to!
She is beautiful! I love the faces you paint, they are so pretty. By the way, how did the haircut go? I am trying to grow out bangs and am going crazy. I hope your hair dresser saved you from insanity. :)
Your painting is beautiful:D

You have the nicest style. Beautiful stuff coming out of your head in between doing laundry and watching Emma and Cranford. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Emma and Cranford! They save me when Joe's watching hours and days full of football and basketball.
adoring that loooong neck. so elegant! can't wait to see what comes next!
She's looking so beautiful!
I had to stop by your blog when I saw your icon! How delightfully fun your collages are. They make me smile!!
I read the part about you feeling intimidated by your ideas...Sometimes when I get an idea I have to sit down and start painting because the idea is not super thought out and you play with it as you paint...and I stay up late, too, painting like you!
;-)
