This and That...

This:

One of the two articles in Holidays & Celebrations.

I am pleased to announce that I have not one but two articles in this years edition of
Somerset Holidays & Celebrations! This time my spool creations are featured with a complete tutorial, just in case you want to make a few for the holidays. Thanks again to Jennifer Jackson, Assistant Senior Managing Editor at Stampington & Co. for asking me to be a part of this great magazine.
They hit the stands on September 1st so go get your copy!!

That:

I've been away from blogging this week because we have been remodeling the boys bedrooms.
So far the rooms have been cleaned out,
(my gosh they had a lot of stuff!)
new carpet has been installed,
and new beds are being delivered Wednesday.
I started a project painting Alex's dresser that I just love and couldn't part with.
I took lots of pictures to show you the step by step but...
I can't find my camera.
Anywhere.
With the entire contents of two rooms spread about the rest of the house, I'm not surprised that it's MIA.
It's probably hiding.
Always one to share the bad with the good, I took pictures of my messy house too.
So tune in tomorrow for more.

Enjoy your day!

p.s. for those of you who emailed me for better pictures of my family room rug, they are on the missing/hiding camera and I will post them as soon as I can:)
